SEO Quotes of 2016

Top 60 SEO Quotes of 2016 | Expert Roundup

“Content is king” is probably the most overused quotation about SEO or search engine optimization that you could still be using today. Although it is indeed a timeless quote with a principle that holds true until now, there’s absolutely nothing wrong in looking for fresh ideas, either.

Here, we will take a look at the top 60 quotations about SEO that will inspire you to run your business in 2016.

SEO Quotes to Inspire You in Running Your Business

As you may already know, SEO involves a series of techniques which aim to improve a website’s search engine rankings. In today’s business environment where almost all information should be available at the flick of the mouse or a swipe on the screen, it’s quite difficult for entrepreneurs to survive without establishing an online presence.

Unlike paid search ads, SEO aims to getting traffic from free,  natural, or organic search results. The goal is to make your website appear on top of the search results list of all the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. These search engines rank text, videos, and local listings from websites based on what they think is most relevant to users. The higher the ranking your website gets, the more traffic will be generated – and this is usually where content optimization and other SEO techniques come in.

Now, if you are looking for new ideas and inspiration on how to optimize your business’ website for the search engines, check out our SEO quotes by the top SEOs and Internet Experts:

  • Awsome Collection of Quotes By Bloggers!

  • I not only read a lot of excellent tips here, I was tempted to visit a lot of people new to me to read more of their recommendations. That is the beauty of a roundup post like this – they are popular with readers and help contributors too.

What I got most out of this is that we need to write good quality content aimed at the people we need to reach. Good user experience is not only favored by search engines but our readers too.

Good content doesn’t include repeating the same words and phrases over and over and Google is now clever enough to recognize similar words, which is a more natural way of writing anyway.
